Cancellations by the Client

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service: 100% refund

  • Cancellations made 24–48 hours before service: 50% refund

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before service: non‑refundable

No‑Shows

  • Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice = no refund

Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling is allowed once if requested 24+ hours before the scheduled service.

  • Additional rescheduling may incur a fee.

 

12.3 Customized Work / Tailored Deliverables

For custom strategy documents, bespoke consulting packages, or tailored content:

  • A non‑refundable deposit (amount specified in your contract) is required.

  • Once work has begun, no refunds can be issued for time already spent or work completed.

 

12.4 Billing Errors

If you believe an error occurred in billing, contact us within 7 days of the charge. Verified errors will be refunded promptly.

 

12.5 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment method and bank.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Use apply worldwide.
However, all legal disputes relating to this Website will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Agency of Strategy Inc. is legally registered.
