By purchasing any product or service from this Website, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. Digital Products (Worldwide)

Digital items such as:

  • E‑books

  • Templates

  • Digital downloads

  • Online materials

  • Non‑custom strategy tools

  • Educational guides

 

are non‑refundable once delivered, accessed, or downloaded. This is because digital content cannot be “returned” and access is granted instantly. If you experience download issues, we will assist you until the files are successfully delivered.

2. Online Services, Consulting & Strategy Sessions

2.1 Cancellation by Client
You may cancel a scheduled service under the following conditions:

  • 48+ hours before session: 100% refund

  • 24–48 hours before session: 50% refund

  • Less than 24 hours before session: No refund

2.2 Missed Sessions (“No-Show”)
If you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session is non-refundable.

 

2.3 Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule once, at least 24 hours before your session time.

  • Additional rescheduling requests may incur a fee.

3. Custom Work & Tailored Deliverables

Custom services such as:

  • Personalized strategy documents

  • Consulting packages

  • Research deliverables

  • Strategic frameworks

  • Bespoke analysis or recommendations

require a non‑refundable deposit (amount as specified in your service agreement).

 

Once work has begun, refunds cannot be issued for:

  • Time spent

  • Work already completed

  • Research already performed

 

If you cancel mid‑project, the deposit remains non‑refundable and additional completed work may be billable.

4. Subscription Services (If Applicable)

If products or services involve recurring payments:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time.

  • Cancelling future billing does not trigger a refund for previously charged periods.

  • Partial‑month or partial‑cycle refunds are not issued.

5. Billing Errors

If you believe you were billed incorrectly:

  • Notify us within 7 days of the charge.

  • Verified billing errors will be refunded promptly.

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within:

  • 7–14 business days
    (depending on bank, payment platform, and country)

 

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

7. Exceptions

We may issue a refund only under exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Duplicate payment

  • Accidental double purchase

  • Technical failure on our end that prevents access

 

Requests are reviewed case‑by‑case at the discretion of Agency of Strategy Inc.
